Release of Liability form

ODHA has created a Release of Liability to help gain access to private land for hunting. There is already a law releasing a land owner from liability, noted on the form, but this may still help to ease their mind. The bottom portion also protects you as the hunter. It is law that you have to have WRITTEN permission on you while you hunt private land, otherwise you can still get a trespassing ticket! (No one does this, but it is the law)
